Welcome to Self Ease Solutions! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our life coaching services, including any associated websites, content, and communications (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services.
Terms & Conditions
1. Description of Services
Self Ease Solutions provides professional life coaching services, designed to support individuals in achieving personal and professional goals as well as emotional and mental wellbeing. Our services may include one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, workshops, and educational materials. Coaching is a collaborative process focused on empowering clients to identify their own solutions and resources. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical advice.
2. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Self Ease Solutions, you agree to:
- Active Participation: Actively participate in coaching sessions and engage in the process.
- Honesty and Openness: Be honest and open in your communication with your coach.
- Commitment: Be committed to taking action and implementing strategies discussed during coaching.
- Punctuality: Attend scheduled sessions on time.
- Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of other participants in group coaching or workshops.
3. Coach Responsibilities
Your coach at Self Ease Solutions commits to:
- Professionalism: Conduct all coaching services with professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and professional information shared during coaching sessions, subject to legal and ethical exceptions (e.g., harm to self or others, court order).
- Support and Guidance: Provide support, guidance, and tools to help you achieve your goals.
- Respect: Treat all clients with respect and without judgment.
4. Payment and Fees
- Fees: Fees for our coaching services will be communicated to you prior to engagement. All fees are in [Currency, e.g., CAD] unless otherwise specified.
- Payment Schedule: Payment for services is due according to the agreed-upon schedule (e.g., per session, monthly, per package).

6. Confidentiality
All information shared by you during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential by your coach, with the following exceptions:
- If there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.
- If required by law or court order.
- If you give explicit written permission to share specific information.
- For supervision or consultation with other coaching professionals, where your identity will be protected.
7. Disclaimer of Guarantees
While Self Ease Solutions is committed to providing high-quality coaching services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Your success depends on your commitment, effort, and willingness to implement the strategies and insights gained through coaching. Coaching is a process of personal development, and results may vary.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Self Ease Solutions and its coaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- The use or inability to use the Services.
- The conduct of any third party on the Services.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
- Any other matter relating to the Services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content provided as part of the Services, including but not limited to coaching materials, worksheets, articles, and website content, are the property of Self Ease Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our content without express written permission.
10. Termination of Services
Self Ease Solutions reserves the right to terminate coaching services with a client at any time, with reasonable notice, if:
- The client repeatedly fails to adhere to these Terms.
- There is a conflict of interest that cannot be resolved.
- The coach determines that the coaching relationship is no longer beneficial to the client.
Clients may terminate coaching services at any time with reasonable notice.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Self Ease Solutions regarding the use of our Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Self Ease Solutions.
